Registration and submission information

The alias, name, contact details and other answers you provide in the registration form are stored in CMS records to manage your registration and contact you about the competition. Your form consent and registration time are also recorded.

To submit a project, your alias is matched with the email address in your registration. The project ZIP and the ZIP containing identity and eligibility documents are collected separately. File names, sizes, integrity information, transfer status, submission time and submission reference are recorded to track the process. Participants are not asked to sign in to Google or grant access to their own Drive.

Permissions requested from Google

Only an administrator account authorized by Hidromark connects Google. The openid and email permissions are used to check the connected email address and its Google verification status.

The drive.file permission is used for the competition folder selected by the administrator in Google Picker and the files created by this application. The application checks the folder name, ID, writing capability and sharing permissions; creates team subfolders; uploads ZIP files; and verifies transfer information for the files it creates. It does not request access to the entire Drive account.

Google API data is used for these submission and administration functions. This integration does not use it for advertising targeting, marketing profiles, selling data or training AI models.

File and record storage

ZIP files pass through the website server in chunks to the selected private Google Drive folder. The server does not create a complete permanent ZIP copy. Registration and submission records, file IDs and upload session information are kept in the non-public CMS data area.

The Google connection refresh token is encrypted in private server storage. It enables transfers without requiring the administrator to sign in again for every submission. The website does not receive the administrator’s Google password.

An upload session token is held in your browser’s session storage so you can resume your submission. “Close session” or “Change” in the submission area removes that browser record; it does not delete previously submitted server records or Drive files.

Access and sharing

Uploaded files are sent to Google Drive for transfer and storage. Authorized CMS administrators can view and export registration and submission records. Management accounts authorized on the Drive folder can also access the files.

The participant interface does not provide a Drive folder link, a file download link or a list of other teams’ files. Access permissions for the selected folder and team subfolders are checked during upload. Identity documents remain separate from the project file.

The application does not apply an automatic schedule for deleting records or files. Revoking Google access or closing a browser session does not automatically delete submissions already received. You can send requests concerning those records to the contact address below.

Revoking Google access and contacting us

The administrator who connected Google can remove Hidromark Yarışma Teslim from the third-party connections in their Google Account. This stops the application’s Google access; files already created in Drive must be managed separately.

You can contact Hidromark about your registration information, submission files, corrections or deletion requests. Include the competition name and your alias to help identify the record. Please do not attach identity documents to a general enquiry.
